What else are we looking for…

  • Development of new business opportunities for apprenticeship starts with small, medium businesses.
  • Generating new sales leads by identifying prospects and qualifying against sales process.
  • Attending networking events and supporting marketing initiatives to generate business.
  • Generate client meetings to identify skills gaps/needs and explore solutions to fill vacancies and upskill existing staff within IT and Digital landscape.
  • Updating and managing prospects and opportunities within FB CRM.
  • Desktop account management of new clients that are onboarded
  • Ensure all marketing campaigns are followed up with call to actions agreed on next steps to convert.
  • Work with team colleagues on any larger opportunities identified to position into a strategic and key account status.
  • Proactive in understanding apprenticeship offering, competitor analysis and industry trends

What we're looking for

  • Proven BD background with experience of working within apprenticeships, FE or recruitment.
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple parties, internally and externally.
  • Strong sales, influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Evidence of achieving targets within a sales/telesales role in B2B and SME.
  • Proven track record in building relationships and booking qualified appointments
  • Strong practical skills
  • Professional, enthusiastic, organised and driven to achieve success
  • Effective use of social media platforms to generate leads
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility and agility
