The Job

My client is an award winning national training provider delivering Apprenticeships in the workplace across a variety of industries. Due to continued expansion, they are growing their team and are looking for a Curriculum Design Specialist for Clinical Healthcare to work remotely. Candidates can be based anywhere in England.

This role is being offered on permanent basis and part time, circa 3-4 days a week, where you will be based from home and working remotely. You will be provided with a laptop, scanner, printer and smart phone. This exciting position will see you building an exciting curriculum of engaging and highly relevant on-line learning programmes.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading on the development of Clinical healthcare apprenticeships
  • Developing the learner journey for each of the sector standards
  • Reviewing delivery models, learning principles
  • Develop, edit and co-ordinate the writing of standards & learning resources and support the launch effectively to sectors ensuring access for all learners.
  • Liaise with IT/technical support to build, test, host and manage content in the eportfolio systems
  • Manage and drive training & development in specialist areas to support delivery through technology, occupational competence updates, best practice learning and on-boarding.

Candidates must have practical experience of working in the NHS or private Clinical Healthcare as well as experience of developing and delivering training programmes

In return you will receive:

  • A starting salary of £32,000 - £36,000 pro rata
