Job role

We are looking for a Resource Administrator to support the evidence capture of our National Bootcamp programme The National Skills Bootcamp team is a fast-paced environment whose aim is to deliver first class customer service while delivering exceptional advice and guidance for our learner and clients. Full training will be given for this role. The role is full time Monday- Friday and based in the Wyboston office in Bedfordshire.

Main responsibilities

* Work closely with our Success Coaches to ensure that learner Profile Forms are delivered on time

* Ensure all profile forms are complete with all the necessary information and are laid out in a professional manner

* Ensure that all learner profile forms are updated and available on SharePoint

* Responsible for ensuring that evidence is gathered on learner interviews booked and work placements made and saved in the learner's evidence pack

* Ensure all data from various sources matches and is up to date

* Learner Data cleansing on our database

* Advertise Apprenticeship roles on the National Apprenticeship Service website

* General ad-hoc administration duties when they come up

What we're looking for

* Experience working with the Microsoft suite, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and ideally experience with CRM software

* Initiative and a willingness to get involved in a wide variety of tasks

* Excellent attention to detail

* Excellent verbal and written English communications skills

* Hard working and positive attitude

* Good interpersonal and client relationship skills

* Time management, organisation and planning skills

* Adaptable to constant change

* Previous experience in an office based, customer support or administration role is essential
