The Job

At Connect2Care we are passionate about the Health & Social Care industry. Care is powerful. It impacts individual lives, families and communities. We provide our learners and employers with the helping hands to develop their skills, gaining for themselves and the industry the recognition they deserve. That means using our specialist experience to train and assess individuals in the workplace to gain an Apprenticeship or industry accredited qualification.

 

As a Trainer Assessor you will be working across Cambs and Beds attached to an office base alongside your colleagues and Sector Manager. We expect you will spend at least 4 days a week out and about visiting your learners/employers in their workplaces, ranging from National Care Home Groups to domiciliary care settings.

It is essential that you have at least 3 years' experience of working within the Adult Care industry to management level and hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in Adult Care. It is essential that applicants have experience working with elderly/dementia service users in residential or domestic settings. Any other adult learning difficulties experience would also be beneficial.

 

We offer a full induction and training package to all.

You must hold a full UK driving licence, be a confident and able driver and have access to your own vehicle.
