Job summary
Our client is currently seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join their team. This is a 6 month fixed term contract paying £30,000 pro rata.

Job description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct background research and preparation for HR projects and initiatives.
- Assist in HR project management, including initiatives related to well-being, salary, culture and employee engagement.
- Manage HRIS effectively to ensure accurate and up to date employee records.
Experience / Qualifications:
- Enthusiastic team player with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and meet high standards.
- Proficient with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Graduate calibre individual with a degree in HR or at least CIPD level 5 qualified.
Benefits:
Flexible working arrangement with 4 days in the office and 1 day remote.
Working 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday.
