The Job

We now have an opportunity for a fully remote Management Information Coordinator on a full time permanent basis.

Main Responsibilities

  • Working within the data and compliance team to provide management information in relation to learner stats
  • Identify, retrieve and consolidate data hosted on various systems
  • Check and clean MI data to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Managed strict client deadlines and analyse and interpret trends with Apprenticeship Management Information
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders and employers to understand reporting requirements and deadlines
  • Assist with the preparation of quarterly and ad-hoc presentations to key clients

We are looking for candidates with the following:

  • Good working knowledge of Excel and good IT skills
  • Ability to create and maintain PowerPoint presentations
  • Good communication skills
  • Previous experience of preparing, organising and distributing info/data
  • Experience working within the apprenticeship sector would be beneficial
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to working on own initiative and independently
