We now have an opportunity for a Product Delivery Coordinator able to demonstrate these essential skills and attributes.

The role

Reporting into the UK Scheduling Manager, the successful applicants role will include the following:

  • Answer or re-direct all requests for learning and training services or the local region.
  • Contacting approved instructors using 'instructor booking system' to book in for training
  • Support Instructor Management team in CV sifting, agency liaison - driving timely replacement.
  • Making sure all aspect of upcoming course delivers without any avoidable issues.
  • Liaise directly with instructors and project manage all requirements
  • Complete all administrative tasks attached to delivering each course in regards to the Instructor resourcing side of the process

In addition to the scheduling role, there will also be a requirement to support the local operations team with classroom set up, exam administration, service desk management, report analysis and other generic operational tasks as they arise.
