The Job

The role


Lead, coach, close sales and inspire your team to sell Firebrand Training courses to private individuals, contractors and corporate accounts. Responsible for coaching and leading a small team of sales people that are selling Firebrand services to prospective customers in a timely, efficient and professional manner. General leadership of small team of inside sales people focusing on over achieving business revenue and profit targets. Developing the potential of the team and team members, Strategic Business Focus as well as supporting the Sales function across UK to include:

  • Closing deals
  • Meeting monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets based on delivered revenues and profit of courses
  • Responsible for an annual revenue target
  • Controlling the P&L of the courses ensuring that company profit goals are maintained and exceeded
  • Liaise with Sales logistics coordinator to improve sales compliance KPIs
  • Liaise with Sales logistics coordinator to proactively drive revenue
  • Deep involvement in our grad development program
  • Managing discount levels
  • Driving Strategic Projects in line with local team and global initiatives
