The Job

My client HIT Training is looking to expand their national sales team and recruit a Business Development Consultant covering Nottinghamshire.

They are recruiting business development people who want to work for a highly reputable training provider that delivers Hospitality, Care, Retail and Childcare training and qualifications.

As a Business Development Consultant you will be working in the field visiting clients face to face and working from the office alongside the rest of the sales team including the telesales team.

It is essential that you have experience of working in a sales or business development role and have knowledge of the training or apprenticeships sector.

We offer a full induction and training package to all. You must hold a full UK driving licence, be a confident and able driver and have access to your own vehicle initially.

Our offer:

* Starting salary from £20,000 - £24,000 basic (depending on experience and qualifications)

* Bonus scheme with OTE of £50K

* Business mileage at 45ppm

* Fully expensed company vehicle scheme after probation

* Plus an extensive, yet flexible benefits package
