Health and Social Care Assessor - Dorset
Are you a qualified Health and Social Care Assessor? Want to work with one of the UKs best-known training providers?
My client is a Sunday Times Top 100 Company and holds Ofsted Grade 2. They are passionate about the Care industry.
We are looking for passionate assessors to join their team and the Dorset. As a trainer, you will be working across your allocated area, having a base in the Ferndown office alongside your colleagues and Area Manager.
You'll need these important qualities:

- Commercial awareness
- Attention to detail
Due to the current business need in the area, my client can currently only consider qualified, practicing assessors who hold either the A1, TAQA, CAVA or D32/D33 qualifications.
Prior to assessing, it is essential that you have at least 3 years' experience of working within the Adult Care industry to management level. This will have been validated with a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Adult Social Care.
It is essential that applicants have experience working with elderly/dementia service users in residential or domestic settings. Any other adult learning difficulties experience would also be beneficial.
A full training and induction package is included for all.
You must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
- A starting salary of £20,000 - £28,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
