Health and Social Care TA - Mid/North Hampshire

We use our talent and experience to train and assess individuals in the workplace to gain an Apprenticeship or industry accredited qualification.
As of one our Assessors you will be working across the north of Hampshire, having a base in the Fareham office alongside your colleagues and Area Manager. We expect that you will spend at least 4 days a week out and about visiting your learners and employers in their workplaces, which can range from residential care homes to domiciliary care in the community.
We are looking for qualified or trainee assessors for the mid/north of Hampshire region on a full time and permanent basis.

- Attention to detail
It is essential that you have experience of delivering Adult Health and Social Care apprenticeships to learners in their work place as well as experience working within the Adult Care industry to supervisory or management level, specifically elderly/dementia service users. Any other adult care experience would also be beneficial.
If you are an unqualified assessor, you must hold a minimum of a Level 5 qualification in Adult Health and Social Care. We offer a free and full induction and training package to all.
You must hold a full UK driving licence, be a confident and able driver and have your own vehicle.
- A starting salary of £19,000 - £28,000 (Depending on experience)
