The Job

Alderwood are current working with a leading training provider based in the Somerset area, looking to grow their Construction and Built Environment delivery team.

If you hold experience assessing or delivering training across Construction and Built Environment, we would be keen to hear from you.

The role will require travel along the M5 corridor and weekly centre visits.

The role:

As a Trainer/Assessor, you will be managing a caseload of apprentices on our apprenticeship programme. You will be supporting learners through successful completion of their programme by providing guidance and support to them and their employers.

You will maintain regular contact with your learners and their employers to demonstrate formal progress and planning of progression for the learner. You will be very hands on in ensuring the learner completes scheduled assessments, tasks and presentations.

Salary and Benefits:

£28,000 - £30,000 (DOE) per annum

23 Day Holiday + Bank Holidays
