As of one our Assessors you will be working across Lincolnshire, having a base in the Lincoln office alongside your colleagues and Area Manager. We expect that you will spend at least 4 days a week out and about visiting your learners and employers in their workplaces, which can range from residential care homes to domiciliary care in the community.

We are looking for unqualified and qualified assessors for the this region on a full time and permanent basis.

It is essential that you have experience of working within the Adult Care industry to supervisory or management level. Any experience with adult service users is welcome including dementia, mental health or learning disabilities. You must hold a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Adult Health and Social Care. We offer a free and full induction and training package to all.

You must hold a full UK driving licence, be a confident and able driver and have your own vehicle.
