Are you passionate about raising the standards and profile of the Care industry through work-based learning? Are you looking for a Trainee Care Assessor role where you will be given training and support to become an assessor?

We use our talent and experience to train and assess individuals in the workplace to gain an Apprenticeship or industry accredited qualification.
As of one our Assessors you will be working across your allocated area of Herts/Beds/Cambs, having a base in the office alongside your colleagues and Area Manager. We expect that you will spend at least 4 days a week out and about visiting your learners and employers in their workplaces, which can range from residential care homes to domiciliary care in the community.

It is essential that you have experience of working within the Adult Care industry to management level and must hold a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Adult Care. Candidates must have a variety of experience including challenging behaviour, autism, and elderly/dementia from residential, domiciliary, supported living or secure facilities.
The role is open to both qualified and unqualified Trainer Assessors. We offer a free and full induction and training package to all.
You must hold a full UK driving licence, be a confident and able driver and have access to your own vehicle.
- A starting salary of £19,000 - £24,000 (Depending on experience and qualifications)
