The Job

That means using our specialist experience to train and assess individuals in the workplace to gain an Apprenticeship or industry accredited qualification.

As a Trainer Assessor you will be working across Gloucester and Wiltshire attached to an office base in Gloucester alongside your colleagues and Sector Manager. We expect you will spend at least 4 days a week out and about visiting your learners/employers in their workplaces, ranging from National Care Home Groups to domiciliary care settings.

To be a Trainer Assessor you will need to be:

It is essential that you have at least 3 years' experience of working within the Adult Care industry to management level and hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in Adult Care. It is essential that applicants have experience working with elderly/dementia service users in residential or domestic settings. Any other adult learning difficulties experience would also be beneficial.

The role is open to both qualified and trainee assessors. We offer a full induction and training package to all.

You must hold a full UK driving licence, be a confident and able driver and have access to your own vehicle.
