Job description


Our client, a leading Apprenticeships provider, is seeking a highly skilled HR Coach to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring HR professionals and leaders to enhance their skills and drive real change within the industry. As an HR Coach, you will have the opportunity to work remotely from anywhere in England.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the Human Resources Support Level 3 and Human Resources Consultant Level 5 apprenticeship standards
  • Work with learners remotely and at their place of work
  • Provide guidance, support, and motivation to help learners successfully complete the programme
  • Deliver transferable skills training, including maths and English if required
  • Manage administrative tasks efficiently

Job Requirements:

  • Extensive, relevant vocational experience in Human Resources
  • Recognised qualifications in HR (CIPD or equivalent) at Level 3 or above
  • Recognised qualifications in coaching or mentoring (CMI, ILM or equivalent) at Level 3 or above
  • GCSEs English and Maths (C or above or key skills equivalent)
  • Experience of working autonomously
  • Familiarity of working in a high-demand environment delivering to targets and tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication, presenting, and listening skills
  • Good organisational and problem-solving skills
