Job description

Our client, a leading Technology company, is currently seeking 3 Technical Trainers to join their team. As a Technical Trainer, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality training sessions to enhance technical skills within the organization. This is a 9 month contract position and offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with strong technical training experience.

Key Purpose

• Support the creation, delivery, and enhancement of training across Europe through the Customer Service Academy.
• Contribute to identifying, innovating, and enhancing existing training programs, as well as introducing new strategies to elevate customer satisfaction and experience
• Operating in a dynamic environment driven by customer needs and advancements in technology

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training sessions to employees
• Create training materials and documentation
• Assess training needs and identify knowledge gaps
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training programs
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments
• Prepare progress reports and training evaluations
• Provide feedback and guidance to trainees to support their learning process

We are looking for candidates with the following:

• Experience in technical training
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of instructional design principles
• Ability to adapt training content to different audiences
• Proficiency in creating training materials and documentation
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Passionate about learning and developing others
• Relevant certifications or qualifications are a plus

Our client is offering this contract position inside IR35 and with a day rate ranging from £125 - £150 per day. You will be required to work hybrid in the Surrey office.
