Employer Partnership Manager

My client is a leading provider working across the adult skills, employability, and education markets and they are looking for an Employer Partnership Manager in Liverpool. The role in a nutshell:
In this role you will be building relationships with local employers and helping identify skills shortages. You will identify and secure vacancies, work placement and Apprenticeship/further education opportunities for learners, ensuring that 90% of the learners have a positive destination upon completion of their programme of learning. The role also involves providing learners with interview techniques in preparation for interview with employers and support CV development. There are elements of networking and maintaining strong links with local employers as well as our stakeholders, learners and national employment team.
Experience/ Qualifications needed:
We are looking for someone with experience in a similar role from the employability, training, education or recruitment sectors who is a confident communicator, who is able to build valuable relationships and be happy working to and delivering against targets. Ideally you will have some knowledge of the local and regional labour market and an understanding of the current employment trends.
Salary and Benefits: £28,000-£32,000
