The Job

Our client is looking to recruit for a Senior Gas Trainer on a full time basis to cover Derby and York with national travel.

Training Delivery

  • Delivering training and assessment activity to the highest possible standards
  • Evaluating the quality and effectiveness of training provision and putting in place action plans to resolve any issues in a timely manner
  • Ensuring the promotion of inclusion and respect for equality and diversity
  • Safeguarding all learners in line the Develop Safeguarding and Prevent Policy
  • Maintaining highly effective communication with colleagues within other departments
  • Taking remedial action when any issues are identified by clients, colleagues or delegates Helping line managers and trainers solve specific training problems, either on a 121 basis or in groups
  • Supporting the Operational Training Manager with the recruitment of Trainers and associates
  • Ensure online diary is kept up to date at all times
  • To complete at least 30 hrs of well planned, highly valuable CPD per year
