Petrofac Training Services (PTS) has been at the forefront of competency development and assurance in the Oil and Gas industry for over 35 years. We are specialists in the areas of Safety, Production, Operations and Maintenance, Construction & Commissioning, Major Emergency Management, Critical Incident Management, Management Development, Drilling and Well Services.

Petrofac Training’s core purpose is to develop competency and capability. Our services focus on provision of consultancy, delivery, verification and assurance services.

We have more than 400 technical experts (Instructors, Assessors and Verifiers) focused on developing training curriculum and competence in the areas of HSE, Technical Skills training and Emergency Response and Crisis Management (ERCM).

PTS have successfully delivered projects in USA, UK, Algeria, Nigeria, Romania, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Iraq, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Malaysia and Russia. PTS delivers training at client training centres and sites as well as in our own training centres.

The Petrofac Academy is our in-house centre of excellence for employee development.
