Our client, a leading aviation company, is seeking a Training Mentor to join their team. As a Training Mentor, you will play a crucial role in providing guidance and support to trainees in the field of Training. This is a permanent position within the training department of the company.
The company provides a range of aviation solutions including Part 145 Aircraft Maintenance, MAA Part 145 Aircraft Maintenance, CAMO & Technical Services, Part 21 Design Services and EASA Part 147 Training which provides aviation training to airlines, MROs, and companies around the world.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide mentoring and support to trainees.
- Deliver training sessions and workshops to enhance trainees' knowledge and skills.
- Assist in the development of training materials and resources.
- Monitor the progress and performance of trainees and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with the training team to ensure the effective delivery of training programs.
Job Requirements:
- You have a minimum of 4 years' experience in the production environment.
- Hold a recognised apprenticeship or traineeship in the trade of aircraft maintenance.
- Have relevant experience in the area of aircraft maintenance.
- Experienced in the training /coaching of maintenance personnel would be an advantage.
- Hold a recognised train the trainer course or have an instructor qualification would be an advantage.
